I sent both of my sons here and they have thrived each time. Kind-hearted and empathic staff who always made my children feel listened to, welcomed and accepted. Communication with families is open & thoughtful, and it's clear that the staff are committed to the wellbeing and development of each child in their care. I always felt reassured knowing that my children were in capable hands. If you are in Hamilton, I highly recommend checking this place out for your young ones.

Two of my children have and currently still attend YMCA and has been there for almost 3 years. Best daycare highly recommend anyone looking for a daycare go check it out. Great facilitys with a huge outdoor space for the children, love all the teachers there with an amazing manager.

Unfortunately, my experience with this ece center has been quite disappointing. The environment often feels chaotic, with no clear structure or routine in place. There seems to be a lack of organized, pedagogical activities—children are mostly left to run around on their own without much guidance.  A concerning lack of professionalism and relevant knowledge among the staff. It doesn’t feel like a space where children’s development is actively supported or valued.
