Overall, we had a good time here. The kids loved the animals and the playground, and the amount of space to run around.

We had a cabin and a tent spot as we were a large group. The cabin had everything it needed and was comfortable, although one of the beds was in need of a new mattress and the bedding had stains on it. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and well maintained.

Some of the playground equipment was in need of updating. The marshmallow pit was great and the children loved it, as well as the pool. Overall, we would come back here.

Come camping here on a powered site with 2 other families. The kids all have the best time jumping on the bouncy house, swimming in the pool, feeding animals, running around playing on playgrounds, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit there is just so much to do it’s our favourite place to camp. The owners are amazing people who are very helpful and kind. The location is great for day trips to Geraldine, peel forest, and timaru there are rivers close by for swimming also.

This has to be one of the best camping spots for kids. I stayed peak season and was completely booked and didn't hear one child upset except from my own that was so worn out from having so much fun. Showers were also amazing with decent temps and full pressure. Kiwiana at its best, Look forward to coming back in the near future. If there was any thing that id comment on is the bathroom/shower units need hooks to hang gears on. Well done and carry on!
