My daughter started at kindercare Albany when she was just 1 year old, and she is now over 3. Throughout this time, she has always been very happy and settled here.

The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely attentive to each child. We really appreciate how warm and supportive they are. The management team is also excellent — very open to communication, flexible, and not rigid, which makes a big difference for families.

We feel confident and grateful knowing our child is in such a positive and nurturing environment. Highly recommended.

We've been part of the Kindercare Albany community for about 5 years, and have felt supported every step of the way. Our boys love going and they learn so much. The teachers are all amazing and it's obvious that they have the children's best interests at heart. I can drop my boys off knowing they're safe and loved.

Our daughter Lia, attended Kindacare for nearly five years, and we have truly remarkable and unforgettable experiences filled with grateful memories. From daily drop-off to pick-up, we trusted Kindacare completely with our daughter’s safety, and that trust was never shaken. We always felt absolute confident and never had any uncertainty about the care and safety of our child.

The wonderful blend of multicultural children and staff creates a welcoming, homely environment where every child feels included and comfortable. Kindacare offers spacious rooms, a large play area, and nutritious, healthy meals that children are encouraged to try and enjoy.

As the children grow, they are introduced to storytelling sessions, self-expression activities, dance, singing, and many joyful learning experiences throughout the day. Our little one would come home happily tired after a full and exciting day, always eager to share stories about her activities with Mum, Dad, and her sister.

We have seen her grow day by day with strong discipline, confidence, and a willingness to take on new challenges—qualities she has gained through her time at Kindacare. As she prepares to start school and say goodbye to kindy, it’s not just her who will miss it, but our whole family. We will always cherish the five wonderful years filled with smiling children, kind-hearted teachers, and caring staff.
