I highly recommend Just Kidz Flat Bush to any parent looking for a great daycare for the little one. Michelle and all teachers are so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. It’s such a lovely environment for kiddos to learn, grow, and make lasting friends 😊 Overall, my partner and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

To All Fellow Parents,

As someone who deeply loves and cares for my child, I feel compelled to speak up about something that has been troubling me.

I’ve had ongoing concerns about the quality of care at this daycare. Each time I picked up my son, I noticed redness and irritation from what appeared to be infrequent nappy changes. It broke my heart. Over time, it became clear to me that the focus here may be more on numbers and money than on truly caring for the children.

If you’ve experienced something different, I sincerely welcome your perspective—please prove me wrong. But I ask you to pause and reflect honestly: when you pick up your child, do they look clean, cared for, and happy? Or have you noticed signs that something might not be right?

I know most of us work incredibly hard and can’t always afford a private caregiver. It’s not easy. But just because we don’t have other options doesn’t mean we should accept poor standards. These centres only operate because of us—the parents. We pay their wages. We support their business. And in return, we expect our children to be treated with love, attention, and respect.

I’ve since made the decision to hire a caregiver at home for my son, and while it’s not a small step, it brings me peace of mind. Every child deserves to feel safe and cared for.

To the daycare staff: this isn’t just a business. You’re being trusted with the most important part of our lives—our children. Please do better.

And to the parents reading this: speak up. Share your truth. Even if they never see our words, we owe it to our children to stand up for their well-being.

— A concerned and loving parent
