Our whanau loves House of Wonder! You are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The kaiako are so loving, caring and kind. They are passionate about what they do and Charlé the centre manager is amazing, she’s so supportive and compassionate and always puts what’s best for the tamariki first which we love! It truely is a home away from home. We love their child centered philosophy and opportunities for open ended play. Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa!

My family has been with House Of Wonder since it first opened 4years ago! We fell in love with the centre from the open day. The atmosphere is so open and natural, great outdoor play area allowing our little ones to be creative and explore! Great layout, and home cooked nutritious meals made! Fresh veggies in the gardens the children have planted themselves and much much more..

We love the holistic approach learning environment and the super supportive and easy going, friendly staff!

House Of Wonder supports all diverse children my 4year old speaks Afrikaans, English and Maori. Not only is he encouraged to speak whatever language he chooses he is also given added context and supported to explore more in cultural backgrounds of his choosing.

My now 7year old has autism and he also received the best care when he was here, they helped him to develop relationships and supported his journey in his own time and space, it was such a relief to have their support and an added comfort.

I am glad I found the right centre that supports my vast needs as it can be tricky finding a play centre that supports both boys with diverse backgrounds. I definitely recommend this Centre to anyone and everyone I meet, they support the whole family!

We have been part of the amazing HoW Whānau since 2019 when we enrolled our little one year old and from the day she started she has thrived. She loves HoW so much that she can’t wait to get there in the morning and it is hard to get her to leave at pick up time. As parents it is awesome to see how much she loves being there and to hear how much she loves all her teachers. Having been with HoW for a few years now we really feel like part of the whānau. The entire team of kaiako at HoW are AMAZING, they are friendly, kind, caring, approachable and super passionate about helping our little ones flourish. We love that there is a strong use of Te Reo Māori in the centre which is pronounced beautifully by all staff. Charlé the centre manager is AWESOME, very approachable, professional and committed to providing a safe, fun, supportive learning environment for tamariki. Also, love how us as parents are cared for with thoughtful little gestures like treating us to bagels for brekkie or arranging a mum’s night out. The centre itself has beautiful big open spaces with awesome indoor/outdoor flow, natural light and a fabulous outdoor area. They also provide delicious nutritious kai for our tamariki daily, which is prepared with aroha in the onsite kitchen. Much love and respect to you Team HoW, keep up the awesome mahi! Ngā mihi nui ki te whānau o House of Wonder.
