Have had two of my children go through the 2-3 year old group here (six years between children) and both times, they and I have been really happy with the centre. Many of the staff are the same staff from when my first child went through so it has been great to have had that continuity.

We have had our three of our four children (aged 5, 3, and 1) at Educare City together, and it has been a wonderful experience for our whānau. Having all of them in one place is so convenient, but what truly sets them apart is the level of care and communication. The staff are incredibly proactive—they always keep us well-informed about how the kids’ days have gone, from their general behaviour right down to the specifics of what they’ve eaten. We especially love the way they greet us each morning; they always acknowledge the children first, asking how they are and genuinely engaging with them. A supportive environment where you feel like the teachers truly know your kids. Ngā mihi nui to all the kaimahi for the effort and awhi you provide our tamariki. Highly recommend!
