We have had a truly wonderful experience with Busy Bees Te Rapa, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing team here. The staff are exceptional — caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

During our baby’s transition period, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring for both our child and us as parents. They took every necessary step with patience, understanding, and great attention to detail, which made a world of difference.

The entire team is empathetic, nurturing, and deeply committed to providing the best care for every child. A special mention to Manpreet, Farah, Val, Jasmin, and Sunita — they are truly outstanding caregivers who consistently give their very best. Their warmth, dedication, and gentle approach have made our baby feel safe, happy, and excited to be there each day.

As parents, it gives us immense peace of mind knowing our child is in such loving and capable hands. Busy Bees Te Rapa is a fantastic centre with a brilliant team, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive early childhood environment.

This childcare center provides a wonderful environment for children. The teachers are kind, patient, and truly care about each child’s development. The center is clean, organized, and full of engaging learning activities. My child enjoys spending time here. We really appreciate the effort the staff put into making the children feel comfortable and happy.

We had vey bad experience with the busy bee . When i enrolled my son they gave us 6 months fees free promotion . But they didn’t gave us any paperwork to sign they just made us to sign the normal paperwork, the lady who sits on reception she didn’t process our paperwork under fees free . I use to got invoice which i asked the store manager so many time if this is fees free then why i am get these invoice she said it’s okk it will wash away. They are Bad in communication not use to change my son’s diaper and not even use to feed him properly. Then i choose to withdrawal my son , and at the at they make me to pay 22 hundred dollars and gave our name to bad debts . Gave us very bad stress . I do try to talk with area manager  but she is so rude as well she didn’t even listen me and said uh have to pay the amount Okk thank. They done this with other people as well . Firstly they say it’s free and later they know how to Ruin parents Pocket. Don’t go this place
