We are so grateful to Surbi, Neelam, and Ranjana at Busy Bee – Honey Pot for the wonderful care they provide to our 18-month-old. At this young age, love, patience, and comfort mean everything, and they truly create a warm and nurturing environment every single day.

We have seen such beautiful growth in our child’s confidence, communication, and social skills. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our little one feels safe, happy, and excited to go to daycare each day.

Thank you, Surbi, Neelam, and Ranjana, for your kindness, dedication, and genuine care. We truly appreciate everything you do for our child and our family 💛

Our daughter started going to Busy Bees when she was 9 months old, and yesterday she graduated a confident 5 year old. Being an only child and a little petite, we were constantly worried how she would cope and the teachers and the centre manager of Busy Bees have always been very supportive and caring and ensured she was well cared of but at the same time making her confident to face the world as well!

I can’t thank the staff enough, they take care of children as their own. It’s difficult to keep an eye on each and every child, which we can very well understand. But the way our daughter has loved going there and made some lasting friends and memories, it re iterates that Busy Bees has good values and they truly have your best interests at heart.

Very poor management, my son started when he was a baby. Being a single parent sometimes I call to check how he was and the manger was always very rude, ready to start fight. All the duration my son went I gone through the abuse and did not change his daycare thinking he is adjusted so should not disturb him. The worst happen when I found my son picking his nose and putting in mouth which showed the teachers never stop children from these habits. I called the manager to ask her if she talk to teachers and they be carful about this but when I called the manager said “it is okay if he is picking his nose and putting in his mouth as he is eating his own nose so he will be okay” I was shocked as there are no health and care or hygiene care. She further told me that while I am on phone talking to her if something happen to my son I will be responsible as she was at the floor with children, I was again shocked as my son was in daycare that time and I disconnect the call. First she should not pick the call if she was on floor busy with children second there should be the staff looking after children and how come she was by herself. There were several occasions she treated me so bad but on this I removed my son from this place and I was worried not sure he will be settled in other place or not but I realised in new daycare my son is way more happy. They do not change nappies at right time, do not feed them and ignore kids basic needs. I should take this step way earlier but I was too naive. Do not take your children to the place where they are not going to be treated hygienic way and with care
