Our experience with best start Petone is excellent. My 9 month old is so happy to go there everyday. Teachers are friendly to him.

Coming in new to the country and unsure of where we would be, the entire Best Start community were extremely helpful, communicating between the facilities and helping me get on different waitlists. When we started at Petone I was blown away at how FRIENDLY everyone was. Every adult we saw happily greated us, learning who we were and who my son was. My son immediately started playing, with no issues getting used to a new space. There is so much to do, different play areas and a beautiful new outdoors space with sand, garden and space to play. My son was assigned a primary teacher who kept me fully updated with his progress and anytime I had a question, was very quick to answer. I got regular pictures of his day (secure through their portal). They have an onsite chef who cooks for the children and guest teachers to come in for things like sports day. There is always something going on and my son looks forward to going every day. Thank you Best Start Petone, you are amazing!

I absolutely love this daycare and would recommend to anyone. From the first communication by email, to the first visit to the centre, our settling visits and now our son attending daycare; we have always been so well informed and we know our son (and all the children there) are so well cared for and even loved by their teachers. Thank you!
