I couldn't be happier with my choice to send my son to BestStart Albany. From the very beginning, the staff created an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, making my child feel safe and secure. Their genuine care for each and every child truly stands out.
The teachers are exceptionally attentive, and their ability to observe and understand my son's individual needs is remarkable. I was particularly grateful for their insight and guidance when they helped me identify a need for speech therapy, supporting me every step of the way. This tailored approach has led to significant growth in his social, emotional, and communication skills.
Communication with the center has always been excellent, keeping me informed and involved. My son started BestStart at 2 years old with no spoken language in either English or his mother tongue. The caring teachers quickly noticed this and suggested speech therapy, supporting him every step of the way. Communication was always excellent, and their warm, welcoming nature made him feel safe and happy. He spent three wonderful years here before school, and we are truly grateful for the amazing team. Never once regretted choosing BestStart — highly recommend it to any parent seeking a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
