ACG Parnell Early Education Centre has been an incredible place for our son, and we are grateful every day that we made the move. One of the standout strengths is the food. Every meal is handmade, fresh, and truly varied. Our son eats a wide range of foods there—many that he refuses at home—which speaks to both the quality of the meals and the amazing skill of the chef. The care that goes into feeding the children is something special.

The teaching team is another highlight. The teachers work together beautifully, creating a space that balances free play with structure. Our son gets to explore, learn, and grow at his own pace, while still having routines that support his development. Jenny has done a remarkable job leading the centre. She supports the children, the parents, and the teachers in a way that builds genuine trust and community.

We moved our son to ACG Parnell for better preparation for primary school, and we feel strongly that it was the best decision we could have made. The growth we’ve seen in him—socially, emotionally, and academically—has been outstanding.

We couldn’t be happier with the centre and highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional early education.

I have been thinking for a long time about how to express my gratitude to all the teachers for their help with my son. I still remember our first visit. My son had just turned three at the time—he couldn’t speak much or express himself well—but he showed so much excitement and enjoyment that he didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. At that moment, we knew he would begin his kindergarten journey here.

At the beginning, he was the youngest in his class and still not speaking much. Every teacher gave him extra attention, care, and encouragement, and the other children were kind and helpful too. With this support, he gradually began to speak more and express himself. He loves building blocks, and the teachers always encouraged him, affirming his creativity and imagination. His confidence grew day by day. Through the strong bonds he built with teachers and friends, his leadership skills and willingness to share were also praised by the teachers.

My son went from crying and not wanting to go to school in the morning, to being excited to go every day and reluctant to leave in the afternoon. From being unable to express himself, to coming home every day telling me stories about his friends and what they did—these visible daily improvements fill me with pride and deep gratitude toward the teachers.

Moreover, ACG has established an excellent daily routine for the children. My son used to eat very slowly and very little, which was always a worry for us. But at kindergarten, he sits well and eats independently with his friends. Every Thursday, he reminds us to prepare his lunchbox for Friday, looking forward to eating with his classmates. He even follows the same lunch and afternoon tea routine on weekends as he does during the week at kindergarten.

Jenny and the teachers have created a balanced environment where children explore knowledge through free play and experience teamwork. Through the Xplo Home app, we parents can not only see our child’s timeline and daily menu but also read the Daily Highlight story to learn about the activities they did each day. For example, the children plant and care for seedlings under the teachers’ guidance, experiencing the growth of life; they gather for reading time in the mornings; they explore color changes by mixing water of different colors, among many other activities. Our son was allowed to explore, learn, and grow at his own pace—and indeed, he progressed in his own way, continually surprising both the teachers and us. At four and a half years old, the teachers assessed that he was ready for primary school, and he passed the interview for ACG Primary School and turely entered year 1 . None of these wonderful surprises would have been possible without the daily guidance and support from the teachers and his little friends.

Jenny does an outstanding job in managing the centre. She supports every child, parent, and teacher in a sincere way, fostering an atmosphere of genuine trust and a warm community feel. The school organizes various festive and multicultural events, allowing our children to experience diverse cultures from a young age. This also makes us parents feel respected and happy—not only do we get to see the children’s carefully prepared performances, but we also share in their joy.

The school holds a graduation ceremony and gives a gift to every child. On my son’s fifth birthday, which was also his graduation day, the teachers prepared a heartfelt ceremony. Listening to the teachers’ praises for him, seeing how much the children liked him, receiving his friends’ well-wishes and drawings, and watching every child give him a goodbye hug—I couldn’t hold back my tears.

So, if anyone asks me to recommend an early learning centre, I will without hesitation recommend ACG Parnell Early Learning School. I will tell them about my son’s transformation, so they can truly understand how exceptional this school and its teachers are.
