I'm not sure what happened with the review below, but we visited today (not booked) and we were met at the door (the door is locked for safety). We were shown around and had all our questions answered. Friendly staff said hello, and talked with our 3 year old. The place felt calm and happy. If you're going for a visit, perhaps pick a Friday as they are a little less busy, thus you will get the kind of attention you need for an initial visit. I will update this review if we choose to send our 3 year old here. If you're gonna write a review, best to actually be someone using the business.
Update: my daughter goes here now. She loves it and the staff are just gorgeous. I absolutely recommend this place. They do seem to be focused on keeping their numbers not too high though, which is great for us.

The centre manager was not welcoming. I booked in for a viewing. Stood at reception and was ignored until I said something. I had to ask to be shown around. Even then, she just stood at the door entrance and said, "Go have look around" and didn't explain anything. She just said she was busy and had to go back to reception. Pretty poor excuse given that standard procedures for showing the visiting parent around.  I then laid a formal complaint, which wasn't taken seriously because less than two months late,  the center manager was promoted! If this is how they treat parent,  then just imagine how they would treat your child because I haven't been the first to experience bad customer service from this daycare. Do not recomme itnd.

I booked an appointment to visit. When I arrived I stood in reception for a lengthy amount of time and was ignored. I then said "excuse me?" Then the manager came and gave very minimal information. I then asked if we could go for a look around. She then passed me off on to a teacher saying thay she is busy and had to get back to her work. I have a 16 year old, a 6 year old, a 3 year old and a new born, so I know the standard procedure in daycares. I did not feel welcomed and neither did my kids so it was a no brainer and we never went back. I then complained about the centre manager and two months later I find out shes been promoted which simply tells me that the owner never took my complaint seriously.
